At Bitso, my focus centered on enhancing the crypto exchange experience, particularly through their mobile app. One example of a feature I worked on involved incorporating the ability to purchase crypto using various payment methods, such as other currencies within the user's portfolio or potentially credit card payments in the future. As a team, we assessed the user flow, aiming to seamlessly integrate this new decision point without disrupting the overall experience. The design we settled on was not only simple but also scalable for potential additions of other payment options. This feature significantly contributed to the increasing of the trades coming from the app.
